Soumya Karthikeyan, the proud proprietor of Fusion Republic Indian Kitchen and Bar, brings passion, courage, and a deep love for Indian food to the Richardson dining community.

Her journey from Bangalore to Richardson, Texas, is rooted in hard work, family, culture, and a long-standing dream of creating a restaurant where people can experience authentic Indian flavors in a warm and vibrant setting.

Before entering the restaurant world, Soumya built her experience in the corporate space, leading operations with discipline and dedication. But her passion for food, hospitality, and sharing Indian culture remained close to her heart.

As a woman entrepreneur, Soumya leads with heart, resilience, and a clear commitment to quality. Her vision is to make Fusion Republic a restaurant where every guest feels welcomed, every dish carries care, and every visit feels worth coming back for.
